Hello from PSU - video

Well, it's been a month since I made the great move from teacher to student. I'm finally settled into my apartment, class schedule AND exercise schedule. I've never cooked so much since I made this change...and I'm finding that I LIKE to cook. Anyhow, classes are going well and this is where I'm putting all of my updates. I'll post again soon!
